Supplier Sourcing & Verification

Most buyers find a supplier on Alibaba, place a small order, and find out eighteen months later that the plant cannot hold tolerance. We exist to run that discovery before your money moves.

What we actually do

You send a drawing, a sample photo, or a description of what the tool has to survive. We translate that into a factory-ready specification — bond type, grit size, concentration, core geometry, expected life — and then take it to the plants that can genuinely run it.

Within five working days you receive three to five comparable quotes. Not a list of links. Real numbers from named factories, with lead times, minimum quantities and the trade-offs between them written out.

How we verify a factory

Verification is not a certificate check. Certificates are cheap. We do four things:

1. Registration and export history. We pull the plant’s business registration, confirm the registered capital and scope, and check whether it has actually exported before — not just whether it claims to.

2. A physical visit. Someone from our team walks the floor. We look at how the powder is stored, whether the sintering presses are running or covered in dust, how many people are on the line, and whether the QC bench has a working hardness tester.

3. A capability test. We place a small trial order on your behalf and inspect it. This is the only reliable way to find out whether the plant can hold tolerance on a repeat run.

4. Reference checks. We ask who else they supply, and where those goods ship. A factory that only sells domestically is not automatically disqualified — but you should know.

What you receive

  • A comparison table of all shortlisted factories: unit price, MOQ, lead time, payment terms
  • Our written recommendation, with the reasoning
  • Factory registration documents and the visit report
  • A sample if the order size justifies it

What it costs

The standard commission is 5% of product value, charged only if you place an order. Sourcing, verification and quoting are free to request. If we cannot find a factory worth quoting, you owe nothing.
