The fastest way to destroy the economics of a small order is to ship it five times. Consolidation is how buyers work with multiple specialist factories without paying five sets of freight.
The problem consolidation solves
Diamond tool supply chains are fragmented by necessity. The plant that sinters the best metal-bond segments is usually not the plant that laser-welds the best blades, and neither of them makes the core drills you also need.
Buying from three factories means three sets of export paperwork, three freight bookings, three minimum charges — and a freight bill that can exceed the value of the goods on small orders.
What we do
Receive and check. Goods from each factory arrive at our Zhengzhou warehouse. We check quantity and condition against the packing list on arrival, not weeks later at destination.
Photograph. Every carton is photographed as received, with the factory label visible. If a factory short-ships, there is a record.
Relabel. We apply your label format — barcode, SKU, carton numbering — so the shipment arrives ready to receive into your warehouse system rather than needing a repacking shift.
Palletise. Mixed cartons are palletised to maximise container or ULD utilisation, with the heavy items at the bottom and crush-sensitive items flagged.
Consolidate documentation. One commercial invoice, one packing list, one set of origin documents covering all factories. This is often the part buyers underestimate: three factories means three declarations, and a mismatch between them holds up customs.

When consolidation does not make sense
If you are ordering from a single factory and filling a container anyway, consolidation adds a handling step for no benefit. We will tell you when that is the case rather than billing for it.
What it costs
Handling is included in the standard commission for consolidated orders. Storage beyond 30 days is billed at cost. Outbound freight is quoted per shipment against the actual route.
