What we do

Four things, done properly.

We are not a marketplace and we are not a freight forwarder. We are the party that knows which factory to call, what the price should be, and how to prove the goods are right before they leave China.

Supplier sourcing & verification

Give us your specification. We shortlist three to five factories, audit them in person, and return comparable quotes with lead times — before you pay anyone.

How sourcing works

Quality inspection

Pre-shipment inspection with dimensional reports, hardness and bond testing, and photo evidence on every order — not only when something goes wrong.

What we check

Consolidation & warehousing

Buy from five factories, receive one shipment. We hold, label, palletise and photograph everything in our Zhengzhou warehouse before it moves.

Consolidation detail

Freight & logistics

Rail to Europe in 12–18 days, air to North America in five, sea freight for heavy tonnage. Customs paperwork and export declarations included.

Why Zhengzhou

The world’s diamond tool supply chain already runs through Henan.

Most sourcing agents sit in Shenzhen or Yiwu and buy diamond tools from traders. We sit where the material is synthesised, the powder is graded and the bonds are sintered.

  • 90%+ of global synthetic diamond is produced in Henan province, concentrated around Zhengzhou and Nanyang.
  • Three hours by high-speed rail to every major manufacturing belt we buy from — no flights, no excuses, same-week factory visits.
  • Direct rail freight to Europe from Zhengzhou terminal — 12 to 18 days door to door, roughly half the cost of air.
  • Zhengzhou Xinzheng airport is a cargo hub with daily freighter capacity to Europe and North America.

What buyers usually get wrong

Buying from a trading company

Two to three layers of markup, and nobody can tell you which factory actually ran the order.

Buying direct from Alibaba

You are talking to a sales account, not the plant. Specification drift shows up three months later on your line.

Buying through us

Factory price plus a stated 5%. The plant name, the inspection report and the shipping documents are all yours.

How it works

Six steps. No black boxes.

You always know which stage your order is at, who is handling it, and what happens next.

01

Send the specification

Drawing, sample photo, or just a description of what the tool has to do. We will tell you what information is still missing before quoting.

02

Shortlist and quote

Within five working days you get three to five comparable factory quotes, with lead times and the trade-offs between them spelled out.

03

Sample and approve

We arrange samples, test them against your spec, and only release production once you have signed off on the reference piece.

04

Production and inspection

We monitor the run and inspect before shipment — dimensions, hardness, bond integrity, packaging. Report and photos go to you.

05

Consolidate and ship

Goods from multiple factories are merged into one shipment, labelled to your warehouse requirements, and moved on the route you choose.

06

After-sales

If something is out of specification, we handle the claim with the factory on your behalf. You deal with one contact, not five.

Pricing

One number, written down before you commit.

Sourcing agents who won’t tell you their commission are usually charging you in the factory price. We publish ours.

  • Charged on product value only — never on freight, never on inspection
  • Factory quotes shown to you at cost, with the factory name
  • No minimum order value — a single carton is fine
  • Inspection and consolidation included, not billed as extras

Standard commission

5%of product value

On a US$20,000 order that is US$1,000 — and the factory price you see is the price the factory quoted us. For high-volume or repeat programmes the rate is negotiable downward.

Our commitments

Three things we put in writing.

Transparent pricing

You see the factory quote and our commission as separate lines. If a factory raises its price mid-programme, you see that too.

Inspection before payment clears

We inspect and report before the balance payment is released to the factory. Nothing ships on a promise.

One named contact

The person who quotes your order is the person who answers during production. No ticket queues, no handoffs to a call centre.

Questions

Answered before you ask.

A flat 5% of the product value. Freight, inspection and consolidation are quoted separately at cost — we do not mark them up. There is no retainer and no fee to submit an enquiry.
No. We regularly handle orders of a few cartons for buyers validating a supplier before scaling. The 5% commission simply applies to whatever the order is worth.
Yes. That is the default arrangement. Production typically runs on a 30% deposit, and we inspect and send the report before the 70% balance is released. If the goods fail, the balance does not go out.
China–Europe rail: 12–18 days door to door. Air to North America: 5–8 days. Sea freight: 30–40 days depending on port. Transit times are quoted per order, based on the actual route at the time of booking.
Most of our clients started as small buyers. The economics work the same at any volume because the commission is percentage-based, and consolidation means you are not paying for a container you cannot fill.
We raise the claim with the factory, negotiate replacement or credit, and handle the paperwork. Claims are far rarer when inspection happens before shipment rather than after arrival — which is the whole point.
An agent. We do not hold inventory or resell goods at a hidden margin. We are paid a stated commission to find, verify and manage factories on your behalf — which means our incentive is a repeat order, not a one-time markup.
